The Playboy Mansion, home to wild parties, beautiful women, exotic animals, and a dirty old man is for sale. There’s one small catch: it comes with the dirty old man.
The Mansion has 29 rooms, a wine cellar, a home theater, and a swimming pool. Anyone with a spare $200 million can purchase it, on the condition that Hugh Hefner gets to stay in the building. He’s understandably reluctant to leave, not just because the building’s been his home for 45 years.
The BBC reports: “The Playboy Mansion has been a creative centre for Hef as his residence and workplace… as it will continue to be if the property is sold,” Playboy chief executive Scott Flanders said in a statement.
So, how would it be to have Hugh Hefner as a roommate? Would he come home with a new girl each night, or throw parties when you’re trying to study? Worse, would he drink all the milk and not go buy more? On the other hand, he’s 89 years old, surely he’s mellowed out by now… Then again, it is Hugh Hefner we’re talking about.
